Any way to craft whole tower konsumables?

Specifically the one that let's you start with fatal blow. I cannot find forge recipes for any of them

Anyone know where to find or craft these? It's a huge time saver for the character towers annoying fatal blow reqs

Is that orb of the dragon king? I picked up some in a Krypt chest (non hidden, non green) just yesterday (2nd time refreshing Krypt.). It was in that area behind the warrior shrine, not that that matters with the RNG system. But 99% of the time I get forge items, so that's far from effective.

Read somewhere they're a reward in ToT brutal difficulties, but I haven't really paid attention because I hate ToT and once I get my tower rewards I don't look back.

If I could craft them, I'd love to know too. Then I could actually use some of the garbage the Krypt insists on giving me.

I have been looking at forge guides all over the Internet and from what I'm seeing it looks like the "whole tower" consumables can't be crafted...which sucks because some of them are awesome. .I'll keep beating TOTS and hope I get some more
