MK 11 FPS drops? Try this!

So, i tried many things but, trust me, the real problem is Windows 10 and his hidden activated features.
In this case i tried to disable the GameDVR function and...IT WORKS! Finally i have 60 fps at high preset without significant fps drop.

This is the fix:

Open Regedit
HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> System -> GameConfigStore and set the GameDVR_Enabled to 0
Restart your system.

If this is 0 already, try this second step:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> Microsoft -> PolicyManager -> default -> ApplicationManagement -> AllowGameDVR and set the "value" to 0 and restart your system.

my friend this is interesting!!! I think the result in my occation can be better because there are also other parameters in the same folders. Could you please tell me what are yours???My default were:

All these are in the right order, so could you please tell me the numbers that are working for you

The interesting thing is, at MK11 release i got a horrible performance, like a slide show. So i decided to reinstall windows and after i´ve done that MK ran with highest settings. Then the patches came and performance went down again... Now after this "fix" it runs better but still not the same as it was after release.

Anyways, honor this guy for finding this workaround! :)

Because i've ever do something similar on COD to play with widescreen efficiently and the result was that they Ban me for life online after the idiotic anti cheat bot detect this ...

This is not a cheat but a deactivated nVidia function gameplay last 5 minutes recording.
Of course this fix works with every game on Win 10 ;)

I am thankful for this find. The fps is bit better while fighting for sure.. however, i just with the krypt would be at a better performance. its at a max 15 fps on the 60 fps option. sadly if i dont have that option on it is at a max 5 FPS. Thank you for you help. I hope they fix this stuff soon

They already said from day1 to disable windowsDVR. This overlaps with in-game recording. Need to turn one of these off.

this thread deserves to be pinned tbh. All my main games now run as smooth as butter, so yeah fucc u W10 for making my gaming experience worse just because , smfh
