BUFF SKARLET ALREADY.

Balance the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game. Jacqui, Geras, Scorp? Playing any other character vs someone who knows what they're doing is suicide. This game is so unbalanced. All my moves for Skarlet, even normals, are SO ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ SLOW THAT THE OPPONENT LITERALLY HAS TIME TO CHANCE BLOCK STANCES BEFORE IT HITS. Make overhead scythe quicker, I've seen so many times when they're low blocking so I scythe, and half way through the 75 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ frames it takes to hit, they stand block. Same with low whip, same with forward whip, same with her zoning, it's slower than other characters. Every move she has is grandma speed and it's so annoying. Everything of her's is punishable, slow and ♥♥♥♥♥♥. I've put a couple hundred hours into her, and I do win a fair bit of games, but it is not without great ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ difficulty and a huge handicap.

Playing with Skarlet is like playing with a huge ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ handicap. NRS awards people for playing the flavor of the month, whoever they decide is top tier. This is hot ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and ruins the game. People should be able to play who they want, not who is best and drive a Mack truck through the broken-ness of them.

It's due time for character patches. Come on NRS.

I used to main skarlet until I saw just how unbalanced the game is. The MK community here on steam is toxic and don't want to admit that all the characters need a rework for balance.

On the other hand, all the forums I read on reddit regarding MK11 all say the game NEEDS to balance the characters and nerf the OP/Overused characters currently in the "meta"

Our characters are balanced around our own preferences, including face/voice actors popularity. We also want to introduce new characters to MK franchise and players won`t like them only for their poor design. In order to make some characters strong, we had to make some characters trash.

Sure. Been there done that. Doesn't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ matter. You try playing her. You gain ground, then throw a long range sweeper, it gets beat out, blocked and or punished. Back 1 takes ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 19 frames. Back 2 takes like 30 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ frames. Back 4 takes like 23 frames. 212 is ♥♥♥♥, 124 is ♥♥♥♥. How about back 3,4? Takes a year to start, there's enough gap between the poke and the scythe sweep to jack off and counter. This game ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sucks. Try playing her vs Noob, Scorp, hell, anyone. Good luck.

Tells me to practice more.. lol. 90% of my playtime is with her. She sucks and is clearly nerfed to Fuqdom. nobody ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ plays the ♥♥♥♥ characters.

Well she is suppose to be a spamming character so in return she should not be that great close up. Even her moves have hella range and makes it hard to get in along with her teleport move

Umm, Skarlet is awesome but she is more of a technical character than a brawler. She's not about combos, she's not about mixups but all about setups, restands, frame data and zoning.

Her projectiles are generally safe and she can special cancel into them so while her strings are on the slower side a lot of them are safe. She can restand with cell ciphon or her amplified low projectile. She can do frame traps by mixing up her projectiles. She has a string (44) that's positive on block by 6 frames. She has a meterless combo launcher (212) that's unsafe but slow enough to be hit confirmable so if you see that the first hit of it was blocked you can special cancel to back-forward-2 to make the string safe.

Sure, she's certainly not a beginner character but she's great. Not everyone has to be a rushdown char to be good.

Might want to rewatch that video there bud. He was playing with a huge handicap. As if SonicFox (best MK player) *barely* beating him while getting lucky on multiple accounts, not getting punished, whiffing a ton, and getting beat out by most of Kitana's stuff, is even worth mentioning.
I guess some people sit back and look at the broad picture and go "Well, he won didn't he?", others disect everything into microtransactions and see the strings behind the curtains. I guess we can't all be good enough players to notice when a character is bad.

SonicFox played 3 characters in that tournament. Jacqui (top tier) Erron Black (top tier) and Skarlet. You think he wastes his time with bad characters in Majors? He knows she has her strengths. You'd rather sit there and downplay all of her tools rather than deal with the fact you lose because of you, not because of your character.

you are a zoning char, learn how to zone with projectile (which is actually safe on block, the only char in FG history that has projectile safe on block). Learn to use ground projectile together with regular projectile to force them pick mid or low block, then tentiticle them or overhead them. Scarlet is amazing but hard to master.
