Unlocking ALL Skarlet finishers (Brutalities and Taunts)

I am quite curious - has anyone managed to unlock all Skarlet finishers (even after her specific towers), incl. brutalities and round taunts? There seems to be some problem with her - even passionate youtubers who have unlocked all the brutalities for ALL other characters seem to fail with her. In theory she should have 8 brutalities, but in practice people appear to have only 6 of them. The two last ones have been reported to be performed only by the AI (a brutality with the "Boiling point" ability I have seen myself and another with "Retch-Rebution"). Can anyone confirm this?
