It was 8.2gb for me, maybe you had an error and steam is redownloading the whole game

What are you talking about, the whole game not even 100GB, it's only 79 with the latest patch.

The man correctly noted. The SteamLibrary \ steamapps \ downloading \ folder additional contains 20 gigabytes
