Has anyone out there been awarded Skarlet's Kombat League Skin (Bewitched By Blood) in the Towers Of Time? Or from the Krypt's Shrine?

Kombat league skins can only be obtained by meeting the requirenents in kombat league

The Kombat League skins are not available through ToT or Krypt. But some ppl have got the KL gear pieces through random ToT rewards so there's that. Skins, however, are exclusive to KL right now.
