Should I get the ps4 version?

I realise this game has a slew of resolution, controller and input lag issues on PC but I'm still interested in playing it. It's on sale for 10 bucks on psn at the moment so I was wondering if anyone has any experience with how the port turned out on ps4 with regards to input lag and controls.

This port is the same as the PS4 version as Leona was playable from the get-go.

Input lag is the new "I don't suck, i swear i was able to beat super mario on a real hardware".
There is almost no input lag on this version.
Beat this version a few times using a home made arcade joystick using sanwa parts, without any issue.

You are forced to buy it on console if you want Gamepad support.
