What happens after the 100 floors? Do you go back to town at all after you start? Can the 100 Floor be done more then once?

Right now, I have unlocked all classes. I made a new team for trying the hard difficulty, then I decided to change a few characters around. when I used the change party option, it removed only 2 out of the 3 generic characters. now that characters is permanently in my party I can't remove it. and one other class disapear. I tried to clear that party, now 2 generics stays in my party and I cant remove them. now I c'ant create a prty anymore and my game is just unplayable. unless I want to play THAT party. c...

The game is fun and I plan to finish it , but somethings I have come across... Starting in small rooms where there is only a single passage to leave , With the stairs down spawning in the passge, forcing you to go down without exploring :( Some type of targeting bug that prevents me from attacking monsters except for monster B ( I use an xbox controller) but even keyboard and mouse clicks will not let me select any other monster besides the one labeled B. Oops, well, I just finished my first run through all 100 levels (on Casual). I had a good time, though I have a lot of constructive criticism. I want to mention ASAP, though, an unfortunate bug-of-sorts: after receiving my award I immediately used the keys I had acquired. One chest gave me a (white) spell. I'm enjoying the game, but there is a problem with the MANA item you get from the black cat by giving it a treat. It says it is supposed to decrease the mana cost of spells by 20%. However, it only serves to decrease my current mana by 20%. Please fix. Thanks!...
