Panzer Paladin-Switch version wont start!

So I bought the game on my nintendo switch from the eshop and when I start it up, my screen just remains white after the "Tribute" logo. After 20 tries of starting it up I finally got past that white screen of death but it was because I just pressed the "home" button over and over again (I was trying anything at this point lol). I closed it to see if that was the solution but nope, it was just a fluke. This white screen of death does not occur with any of my other switch games, its just this one, and the game is not corrupted (i checked). This sucks cuz the game looks super cool and I wanted to play it, not to mention that the eshop doesn't exactly do refunds, i dont think. If anyone has any suggestions on how to fix this issue, id be happy to hear it! :)
