Want to buy this game...can you save at will?

It looks fantastic...right up my alley. Unfortunately, I don't have scads of time to play in one sitting, so I'd love to know if there are multiple save slots, or does it use the dreaded checkpoint system? Can I replay areas of the game when finished, or must I start a new game? Thanks

The game autosaves. It seams to be 1 slot only. Only played 30 minutes but the game seams good. I'm gonna continue tomorrow. I love ghost house games. I can really recommend the horror game "The Dark Occult". Fantastic game. I can not understand why steam reviews is @ 64% mixed scores. It's a long game with much great content. Very price worth. Only like 13 £. I finished the game @ 38 "Steam hours". But i explore much in game worlds.

Thank you. Shame it doesn't have save slots. I wish more developers would allow for them in games. Not every video game player is a 15 yr old kid who can spend 5 hours in front of their PC in one sitting.

You don´t have to spend 5 hours in one sitting, you can always continue the automatic save game. But we don´t have multiple save slots or profiles I´m afraid

Thanks for responding, Zoltac. The games videos and screen shots look SO good and the story temping, I just may buy it anyway. IF you have to leave the game, will the game save on exiting, and when you open game again later will it always resume where you exited, or take you back to an earlier checkpoint?
Also...your DEV moniker (Zoltac) is familiar; have you developed other games I've played?

It will proceed from the last checkpoint, but the game saves pretty often, so you won´t have to replay too much if you leave the game.
