Made it to the mission when u have to defend the city - it gets just so tough.
In the sense - there is so many enemy units and yours you cannot even replay it for best results, you have to fight no like three - four fronts, and you messed up one all goes to drain ...
But Campaign is just a few levels higher (toooo high appearently!)
Tried the 3rd map so many times, lots of hours: so frustrating.
I like this game. So 2 levels below "NORMAL" should be a solution. I like to see more missions beyond the 3rd :)
This sucks, and I hope the developers fix this if it's an issue. But, I don't see any developer responses on these forums in any of the posts I've read so far.
Too bad. The game looked good, but not if devs are not going to communicate.
[edit] Ok, I see you answered this question in another thread. Thank you!
I have about 600 hours without campaign, and will surely have a few hundrets more ...
And yes, campaign should be playable for beginners too.
In many other games, campaign is like a tutorial (at least in the first levels), so beginners can learn about the game mechanics.
Free game is the core impo, but campaign should be playable.
