Heroine skills and affinity levels

It looks like the heroine of your choosing has a max affinity of 5, and the others have a max affinity of 3. The main character learns one of the heroine's skills with each affinity scene.

Is there something like a harem ending that lets us obtain all of those skills in a single play through?

Haven't played enough yet to find out if that limit is changed on higher difficulties or not.

Only played in normal mode and unlocks mostly of events. Seems doesnt have harem ending, each heroine with 3 events, Sara´s 1 (still searching how to trigger), Sylvia´s 1, others you will get if you win/ lose the boss battles

For Sara's, reach the fourth portal with all of the spirits' affections at lv3, and one at lv4+.
After that, enter the fourth one, leave, and rest at guest house and it should trigger.

Strange, manage to trigger Sylvia´s instead with 3 heroine in lv 3 maxed. After this entered in castle portal until 1st waypoint
