Retrieve Loot Achievement Bugged

I've retrieved my loot twice now throughout the whole game and the achievement is still not active. What's up with that? I literally just went into the game a few minutes ago and let some creatures kill me so that I could scan my body and got the loot box. I got the scan your dead body achievement, but not the box one. Why?

I just got another idea. Did you get this violet quest “Retrieve your Loot” in your quest menu when you died and respawned (just for clarification and problem solving)? And did you track it via the menu? Maybe the achievement is tied to the first “quest”/death (happened to me as well when I died several times), so maybe there’s some “original” loot that hasn’t been collected? Ah well, I guess you probably already tried that, but that’s the only thing I just can think of, sorry. I myself triggered that achievement automatically in the first minutes of my playtime when I went to the pufferbirds (with the alpha) in the open ice area to the left with the jump pads. And did you really gather some resources, maybe the achievement is botched when you haven’t collected any before dying?

Nope. I went in and died on purpose to get the achievement, so there was only one body to scan and pick up the loot from. I stood right in front of it and pressed 'E' to grab my stuff. No "Return to Sender" achievement. Hmmm, didn't think about the box might have been empty. I'll try it again with a bunch of resources in my pack.
