For maximum results, someone with good command of the English language who can write a concise and unemotional petition and preferably has networking skills (twitter/facebook/reddit/Steam friends etc.) is the best person to start it.
Posting a call for signatures (leaving out commentary) in the WoTC forum would likely get their attention whether or not the end result is achieved. It may help with future games, but you never know until you try.
