How to transfer my 8 decks I bought

I bought about a year ago Magic: The Gathering - Duels of the Planeswalkers and bought 8 decks for it. Now I bought Magic: The Gathering - Duels of the Planeswalkers 2013 my question is the 8 decks that I bought can I transfer them to Magic: The Gathering - Duels of the Planeswalkers 2013?? Because they will not let me buy those 8 decks again, it says that I alwready own them. They are right I own them for Magic: The Gathering - Duels of the Planeswalkers. Now I can't get them for Magic: The Gathering - Duels of the Planeswalkers 2013 unless I can re download them for Magic: The Gathering - Duels of the Planeswalkers 2013. I just don't know how to do that.
