"disable those shadows"
"forcing anti-aliasing for the game"
Thanks for the advice, but it's clearly not proposed on the launcher. If I go on "Configuration", I'll only have the resolution, the graphic card, and the details, and nothing more. If we have to change it in the games folders, it's pretty obvious to tell people how to do it, it's not like if, they spent all their days modifying games folders -_^...
Pretty sure that 3/4 of the people who read this, didn't get the solution because they don't know how to do it.
It's not just by saying : hey guys I did it.
It's cool to say "why" also.
But "how" is the most important part ... :/
Anyway, thanks.
Anyone interested with a quick and dirty fix for some of the more obvious problems with this game try deleting the MODELS and ANIMS folders. You will lose some detail but most of the problems will go. Although, I went through a process of finding individual files that were bad and removing them selectively, it took a very long time however I achieved a good result.
How do you force anti-aliasing and modify the lod?
Sad that Steam would not make them correct the files to fix the game for release, but I can confirm that the rather simple fix did work and make the game playable.
