Now that I grabbed your attention, does anyone who still play this know the unlock requirements for districts in Build NY? Ive made it to Tribeca and SoHo and finished all opps and been slowly building the area up but haven't gotten little italy yet, so i'm curious what goes into unlocking districts
Also off topic, I dont get how so many people have issues with this game. Running it on windows 10 with a modern rig and it runs perfectly. I feel bad cause this is honestly a unique and fun game once you get past the early 2000's graphics

To unlock the next area just keep building. I don't know what the exact criteria is but what I usually do is spam residential buildings until the next district pops up.

There are lua scripts in one of the game folders where the trigger for unlocking a new district is listed. For Little Italy you need to build up Tribeca to 35% and SoHo to 55%
