I hear this repeated a lot but I don't know if I've actually seen some sort of evidence of the price increases actually making that much of an issue for sales. Otherwise, so many developers wouldn't be hiking up their games in certain regions, right?
not to mention that i have seen countless posts and reviews where people say "omg u guys should def charge more for this game, its so good u deserve the money!!!" but when it actually happens, you freak out.
i do agree that the timing of the price increases in turkey is unfortunate, but trust me, the LAST thing they care about rn is buying and playing games. some people dont even have a home, or their lives anymore.
You do realize different groups require different things, right?
I can imagine it's mostly the rich ones who would want to increase prices because they have no care in the world for the most part. I don't think the ones with little means would want the same even if the games are worth it.
