Is this the final update for character additions?

(I finished the base game and have been waiting for all the new characters to be released before diving back in)

Was JUST thinking about replaying this! Easily my game of the year on it's release. Can't wait for this!! Being able to replay it, with the new content as a surprise will be such a joy
