Neither Alice, nor Summer acknowledge the Everdoor

Both of them were ready to go according to the quest log, so I went to the Everdoor. Alice is standing at the front of the ship 24/7 and Summer is doing her daily routine. Neither of them have a conversation option. I tried all kinds of outfits after the Annie's outfit+red hat didn't work.

I think that's it, game over.

Alright I just loaded the save and boat Summer and Alice were available to go. There might have been an issue with your game state when you tried. If I am not wrong, I believe it should work fine if you try again.
