Game Frozen

When anyone else tries to exit out of the blueprint station, does your game just freeze and not let you exit out of the whole build mode situation? Been having this issue lately, can't even exit out of the game or do anything at all. Day/night cycle continues, boat continues to move, but can't get out of build mode. I've been having to turn off my PC and then launching the game again.

Sorry to hear that you're having troubles with our game. I'd like to help but I have a few questions I would like to ask first.

Do you remember when exactly this issue started to happen? Was it always like this or did it start happening more often after interacting with a certain event (such as thunderstorms, turtles, dragons etc.)?

Have you also noticed anything weird about your boat? Maybe a building might be clipping inside another one?

Any additional information you can provide here would be really helpful!

Hi! It never did this in the beginning when I started playing. I have around 67% of the requests completed in my game, so I'd say around the time when I met Beverly perhaps, but I don't think Beverly is the cause. I don't think it started happening after certain events. And nothing is weird on my boat, I went in to check and look at all of my buildings. Nothing is clipping. I'm sorry I'm not much help, I just remember it started doing it randomly starting around 2ish weeks ago. It's been fine the last couple of days, but it literally just did it again like 5 minutes ago when I went to the blueprint station and clicked on the build option. Just had to shut down my laptop to exit out of my game and saw you replied to me when everything booted up again haha. It zooms out like normal in build mode but nothing else happens and I can't do anything like I mentioned in my previous comment. I really love this game, and if this is the only bug I've experienced, you guys are doing fantastic! Once again sorry I can't give you guys much detail about when it happened, it just randomly starting doing it once day and it's happened every now and again since. Thank you!

I am having the same issue. it started shortly after I met beverly. Most recently when it happened, the traveling vendor was at my boat when i opened my blueprint and then when i tried to exit it was frozen. Did you ever get any resolution to this issue??

This is listed on the website. It's happened to me twice, and what REALLY sucks is that since I have to crash the game I lose progress since the only way to save it seems, is to save and quit. It's really frustrating, since this is a management game, I can do A LOT in 3 hours and when the game freezes like that I can't possibly remember everything I had done in the past how many hours and have to figure out where to start from again.

Sorry I'm just seeing this, but no, I never got any resolution to this issue and my game still freezes like this every now and then. And I agree, it can be really frustrating, especially when you spend hours playing and lose all progress.
