Bug - I can't talk to Gwen in Hindenburg (early game)

So I've had a couple bugs so far:
I've gotten stuck on Atul when hugging him during my final trip to the everdoor
I've had a glitch where I couldn't use the sawmill properly because the line disappeared because Atul was in the way (what I think happened anyway) and then after using the glitched sawmill it stopped being interactable all together

And now when I have to lower the prices at my first visit to a Raccoon Inc. store in Hummingberg - there is no indication that Gwen wants to talk to me and all that happens when I talk to her is she says "I'm browsing for fibre". I've tried uninstalling, starting a new game multiple times, deleting the game folders directly and loading an auto save game and whenever I've tried to restart the game I cannot move past this point ;-;

If anyone knows anything else I can do it'd be much appreciated :D

That's quite odd, what does the quest log say you need to do for Gwen? She'll normally only give you the reaction after browsing the merchant inventory. Can you send me your broken save to [e-mail]?

In the quest log it says talk to Gwen, thank you so much for the quick reply btw, yeah I'll see if I can send it

Also I know this is probably the wrong thread to ask on, but I tried reloading an old save (the one where Atul stands outside the sawmill and I can't use it without him blocking the lines and when I try it he basically breaks the sawmill? I can't put anything else in it basically. But yeah, thanks for answering my first question so quickly <3 ill get onto emailing it now.

Normally with the sawmill you won't have lines until Atul tell you how to do it. It doesn't happen in your old save? If you move the sawmill, does it help?

Yeah I've talked to him, and then he just doesn't move. I've tried moving the sawmill like you suggested, but that sadly that didn't change anything. I've tried getting rid of it and making a new one but Atul just magic himself back to the same place on the sawmill

Please do send the save, I'll check what is happening. Perhaps the new game didn't clean conversations history properly?
