[New Clock Feedback] Reminding the player about the ability to "properly" wake up passengers
I love the new clock design, but I have to say it's strange how waking up passengers is reported. In the old build, I had no idea that the bell could be properly used as an alarm. I more or less ended up assuming not to use it the moment Gwen has an explanation appearing to complain when you used the bell to wake her up. This made me pretty much never touch the bell again in my first playthrough. I just let everyone sleep in as if that was intended.

-Perhaps the player can receive other positive feedback when a character was woken up when they wanted to be?
-Could some characters pass on an indication at some point of if they prefer to be woken up a bit later than when the bell icon is present?

Gwen actually does have dialogue about the use of the bell, maybe you just didn't trigger it? On my play through, before they added the wheel of images, she told me that I should probably only ring the bell after 7 AM as that was an acceptable time to get everyone up. I only got scolded for using it once at around 6 AM.

She has the dialogue, but I was referring to how the clock has changed and that I didn't completely understand her dialogue the first time I had played.

It led to me not even knowing that the bell was a beneficial mechanic.
