Where is Giovanni at the end of Retrograde?

I told Astrid about his cheating and we went back to catch him. I think I’m Oxbury, I’m not in front of the game right now. Astrid is upset and tells you to talk to him. The next step in the quest is talk to Giovanni… but I can’t find him.

Any help us appreciated. I’m sure it’s something small and dumb that I’m missing. Thank you!

I'm not sure exactly where you are in the quest. If you already caught him in Oxbury, I think he'll come back to the ship and you can talk to him then.
