cozy management game recommendations?

Great game, I played through it on the switch.

Lets talk about the gameplay, can you recommend some game in this regard? I loved how stressfree it was, visiting nice islands, making popcorn for two days in the oven and it is just perfect, making coffee before going to sleep, visiting an island, going to sleep again and coffee is still perfect?

Yonder: the Cloud Catcher Chronicles has the closest vibes but that game is a little short.

You'll probably like the farming sim genre: Stardew Valley, My Time at Portia, Summer in Mara and others are low-stress wholesome resource gathering games where you can progress at your own pace.

I would second My Time at Portia. That is the game is the closest I have played that matches the "vibe" of Spiritfarer.

Rimworld is rather anti-cozy. It's good, but not at all what OP's looking for.

I also second My Time at Portia. It's pretty low-key most of the time. Think Stardew Valley except it's post-apocalyptic crafting.
