When or Where do I get Jackie on the boat?
I've done all the side quests and already brought Daria to the door, but I'm missing Jackie and am not sure how to get him on the boat. Is there something else I have to do first? Do I need to bring everyone else to the door first?

Are you sure you don't have him on the boat? Also try talking to other people already on the boat.

You may need to trigger a loading screen either by saving or quitting or visiting an island for Jackie's quest to progress. Have you done so?
