Some Hidden Secret in Mount Toroyama

So there is one thing I'm missing in Mount Toroyama and I'm pretty sure I know where it's at, however I cannot reach it. It's at the top of a wind shaft on the west side of the mine. But the wind doesn't go high enough and no ability (I think) can get me up there. Is this something that comes later in the progression of Buck or something? Thanks in advance!

There is a hidden tunnel (dark, no light) at the top. On the left of the exit door, if you check the power cables, you can see some of them going into a dark zone. Just double-jump into the dark ceiling (slightly on the left) and you will find yourself in a dark corridor. After a small walk in the dark, you will see again and get to the top of the wind shaft.
