Where to find Glass please?

Hi all, loving the game but I am unsure of where to find glass, any tips greatly appreciated!

If you have the foundry building, you can smelt your empty bottles into glass

And there's a racoon that sells it... somewhere in the north ;)

I think you may need the mushroom child before you can smelt glass, though.

You don't need the mushroom kid for smelting glass. I got the child quite late in the game and I had already the foundry and glass available.

I had the Foundry, but I didn't have the option to smelt glass bottes. I thought having that opened up the option, but I could be wrong.

The bottle is a different item tab to the ores, on controller you have to hit LB/RB to cycle though them.
