Where is Gwen?

Hey guys,
I am stuck in a mission that wants me to find Gwen, I pretty much explored all the map (where I can go, didnt upgrade the boat to go through ice and rocks yet).
Any tips? I tried to go to eternal portal, but she was not there.
I play in portguese so the names were translated back by me, if anything doesnt add up just let me know,

She's right at the very beginning - Alt Harbor.

Gwen is the deer at the very start of the game, i dont think its even possible to progress without her?

If this is the quest where she's vanished off the boat, go to Villa Maggiore. Note that this is the last quest before you can take her through the Everdoor, so prepare yourself.
