Favourite food

Since the game relased few days ago can we make a tab here before the guides will come to check for everyone's favourite foods and what they like or dislike?
So far I've found:
Gwen- loves: coffe likes: comfort and desserts dislikes: fruits ?
Summer loves: grain salad likes: salads and dessert dislikes: meat
Best spirit ever Atul: Loves: pork chops(Yeah!) likes: everything(duh) dislikes: ?
Astrid :Loves: Noodle soup likes: plain food ? dislikes: fine dining food ?
Alice: loves: Veggie-pot pie likes: old fashioned food desserts dislikes: stimulants ? ?
Bruce and Mickey: Loves: Garlic Bread like:s Pub dislikes: one ingridient food: crayfish allergy
Haven't met more spirits yet so If you have found more of their preffereces and other spirits I haven't met yet write it here. Have fun!

I can't put herring in the cellar, the game just dosen't give me the option. Is there something that has to happen first? Gustav told me quite sometime ago, that he would like some Surstromming. I hoped when Stanley showed and lost his interest the cellar, it might appear but it didn't... I'm almost at the ende of the game, I build and updated everything, and all my paasenger want to leave, including gustav, and I would like to cook him his favourite meal before I say, farewell.
