Light Flashing Effect

Is there any way to stop the light flashing effect / or maybe turn down a little bit?

I really love this game but I just cant cope with the flashing
start headache after 10-15 minutes play then have to stop
dont wanna play a game that will hurt my eyes

I'm having issues with the storms and the obol delivery flashy animations as well.

I browsed the forum and one the devs has responded to a similar question here:

TL;DR "we have been cleared from an epilepsy point of view, so are you sure you're not drinking too much alcohol?"

I'm a bit disappointed that, despite not being in the red zone for seizure warnings, they aren't taking a more inclusive stance towards accessibility for people with all kinds of disabilities, like photosensitivty due to autism.

Actually before i ask this question, I hv been read through those discussions, and even FAQ on the official web, trying to find a way that to enjoy the game in a more comfortable way, ya but disappointed

I found that a lot of people on steam forum got the same issues.
but "seems" like no clued, my English is not that well to explain my question in detail,
I just wondering if someone would have a way to stop that annoying flashing light other than what the official team had said

I only found the light effect while opening the box in ocean, cutting down trees, mining ore are too bright for me, the others are "alright", but still make me headache in short time, whilst the full screen light effect is not necessary,
even mobile/PC can turn to night mode all the time, TV can tune to softer contrast, I just dont understand why the team not solving this issue

I've looked for mods as well but there doesn't seem to be anything available.

unfortunately this is also what's keeping me from continuing to play ): i wish they would add an option in the settings for this.

I have been playing the game for hours now. Everything is perfect expect the flash bang screen effect from mining, learning skills, saving new souls..... If my soul has a last wish before i went into the gate, i hope the dev can give us the option to turn it off.

Given how rude they've been about it, I doubt they'll change anything.
