Getting Alice's favorite meal before I have to send her off

I'm playing the game a second time. Alice has asked me to take her to Nordweiler, and if I recall correctly that marks the point where she starts to decline and needs to be taken to the Everdoor.

I gave up on finding out her favorite meal, so I looked it up. And I need flour for it. For which I need the windmill. For which I need marble. And I don't have any way of accessing it yet.

Can someone help me solve this little puzzle box?

If you have access to Nordweiler, you have access to the crates in that region, which can contain Marble. You should also have access to the shrines to learn the abilities to access the Kaltstein Mines which offer lots of Marble, though that does require you to have collected enough Obols - which you should have been able to do if you haven't missed any available spirits.
