Gustav won't come with me

I've got the figurine, visited Susan's museum, got the wood print, but can't get Gustav. What am I doing wrong?

Hello, you likely accidentally skipped some steps in the quest. Please try talking to the shopkeeper in Furogawa, then go back to talk to Gustav. You may have to talk to Gustav twice to progress.
