I can't, for the life of me,
Get Gustav to Ecstatic. Not that I have seen anyways. I did receive sushi from him twice but when I looked at his mood it was not in the center of ecstatic. I don't know what else to do I give him hugs and his favorite food and also liked foods when he wants something " different" He is trying to go to the Everdoor but I am not releasing him until I get him to ecstatic? I got Elena to that mood faster than him it seems. I don't have Atul anymore, Obviously he doesn't get a mood buff from his own music. Idk what else to do other than give him hugs and food and upgraded his house. Anyone have a suggestion?

I am trying to get the achievement and all I see when I look up mood issues is with Elena but I didn't have an issue with her at all.

The small dot is somehow misleading and not that much trustworthy. Inspect instead the square box, a more trustworthy indicator of mood. If the far-right mood square box is glowing, then that spirit is already in ecstatic mood. You can also take a look at the interactables when speaking to them. The give, the hug, the talk, all those. If the talk interact button shows a smiley grin, it's already in ecstatic mood.

The use of mood box to note the happiness is reliable throughout the game. Not just in this case, but also in Daria's. This spirit of latest update is bit tricky. You can't build or improve her abode. In case you haven't get her to ecstatic mood: give her her favorite meal: an apple, and a hug. The mood indicator dot won't get so far on the gauge, but the ecstasy mood box will have been glowing, which means she already reaches her max happiness.

Hope this help!

If you have complete upgraded his house, given him his favorite dish, and hugged him, I don't think there's no way he didn't reach the ecstatic mood.

The Happy Dance achievement however requires you get all spirits including the new ones from the latest update (Daria and Jackie) to their maximum happiness.

I've seen reports that you don't need to get Daria's mood up, but everything I've seen agrees that you need Jackie's mood to get there.

Thank you I just noticed the mood bubble is glowing, for some reason the dot has never ever looked this way with anyone else but his, its like to the left of the center of the mood bubble but I suppose he is still ecstatic. I just don't want to mess it up LOL. Thankfully, this new update came in the middle of my play through so I am gonna work on them next!
