How do you get Buck?

I am near the end of the game, and a lot of upgrades require the XP potion. I currently have finished all spirits apart from Buck (which I haven't got) and the nurse one (who doesn't seem to want to leave the hospital!?).

How do I get Buck? Where do I find him?

If you've found Elena, you should also have discovered Hikarishima Lighthouse nearby. If you've visited the island, it should list a spirit as present when you highlight it on the map. Exploring the island thoroughly requires you to Bounce on the umbrella of the non-passenger spirit who asks you not to, and should find Buck. He's at the top of the lighthouse
