The story and characters are so much more impactful when you can really invest yourself in them.
She has told me she doesn't want to play it without me (as she's...kinda bad at platformers). I mostly encouraged her to play since her career goal was hospice care as a pastor. I figured it'd be relevant on an emotional level. :)

I found coop to be a generally more pleasant experience as you can perform most of your ship duties 2x faster and spend more time adventuring.
