Susan doesnt give me the woodprint
I cant get the woodprint.
are there any conditions i need?
i have two figurines in my collection and got my reward, but no woodprint. and mr Woodprint on Furogawa tells me to get to susan for the woodprint.

Am I missing something ? Is this a bug? do i need to restart the whole game?

i changed the language to enlish and back to german and now she suddenly gave me the woodprint.... strange bug

Yeah, there shouldn't be any special conditions to get it from her, so this is probably a bug. The devs are pretty good about checking these forums - hopefully they'll patch it soon.

It's always possible that the problem isn't with the game's code, but came from a transient hardware issue or some other non-reproducible glitch that can't be patched out. The fact the problem fixed itself suggests that whatever the cause was, it's not critical, and will probably be tricky to reproduce in order to diagnose the cause and figure out a patch.

I am at a point where Gustav's spirit (in Furogawa) tells me "You know what to do, confront that awful woman", but there is no option to give a figurine to Susan, only talk and collections. What am I missing?

Have you investigated the Collections option? Is the figurine part of any of the collections? Is this a rhetorical question?
