[b] Fuse Box [/b] at Bottom Line Corp and Crow's End Inc?

I have finished all quests in this game, but I still have not been able to enter the buildings with the broken Fuse Box at Bottom Line Corp and Crow's End Inc.

Can anything be done with these locations?

This is intentional. The fuse boxes are meant to be a bit of environmental story telling and can't actually be fixed by the player during the game.
