How to collect Nebula Fibers?

So, I'm currently sitting -on- a Nebula Pillbug spot on the map... but nothing happened. I have no idea how to trigger this. How do I get them?

You need a specific character, Alice, to be on board. She is the one who wishes you to build her house before she accepts to join.
It's like with the medusa or the storm, the dedicated NPC will propose you to go collect resources.
