Where is Barry?

So I've just completed collecting all the berries for Barry, but the objective only says "Talk to Barry" without mentioning a place. Does anyone remember where he is? I'm not feeling for talking to every person on every island until I find him.

i forget the name of the zone, but it's on the far right hand side of the map very close to the large city there.

It's the Obscure Valley or Forest or something, IIRC. In the misty area.
