BUG - Can't get back to Oxbury region

So I've put a good chunk of time into this game, but I think my game is bugged. I've got the Ice Crusher and I've been to the region were Oxbury is and even done a bunch of Oxbury quests with the Hooligans and distributing their mixtape and whatnot. The problem is, I can't get back there. I could have sworn all I needed was the Ice Breaker to get through, but it's no longer an Ice barrier, it turned into a rock barrier, and I can't get past it.

I've got Bruce and Mickey and in order to make their house I need Zinc. Well I can't get Zinc anywhere else from that area. I need to make Fried Chicken but I can't get that without going to that area.

I even unlocked the bus stop right next to Oxbury, but guess what? When I use the fast travel option from the seal guy, all other bus stops are available, except for the one next to Oxbury.

So basically I can't do anything else until this is fixed. Is there a workaround? Is this a bug or am I just dumb and not figuring something out? If this is a bug, when is there going to be a fix? I would like to complete this.

There used to be a bug where you could access the Oxbury region early by bypassing the rock barrier. We intended for the player to need the rock breaker to access it that part of the game. Sorry about the confusion!

Where are you stuck? The game should let you go back in the central region if you somehow got behind the rock without the rock breaker. To do that, reach the rock barrier, then click again behind it. There is also the "Load Auto Save" function if you want to load a previous save.

I just wanted to chime back in and say that I was able to progress and get back to the Oxbury region of the map. I did have to go do some things to release an additional spirit in order to get the final spirit flower which was the key to moving forward.

I will say that it wasn't very intuitive to have all of my quests telling me to go to a certain area that I had been to before, but was then unable to get back to due to... something.

I love the game so much though. You guys did an outstanding job. Definitely on my personal GOTY list!
