How do i get fat to make the fried chicken?

as the title says i have no clue where to find fat to make fried chicken to give to atul.

Sunflower oil or Olive oil should do the trick. You can get them by crushing sunflower seeds or olives on a crusher. If you don't have a Crusher yet, you'll need to meet a specific spirit to be able to

Unfortunately I can't remember where I found that spirit..... try to visit islands with a ? mark in their item list. Also, you'll need the icebreaker to actually find this spirit.

I belive you don't need to find him in order to make it, you need to make an item called a crusher and you'll need to upgrade your boat first before doing that in order to get the recipe for making it.
