Is EOS here going to be Free to Play ?

Is EOS going to be F2P or we will have to purchase the game in order to play?

I assumed it would be free to play but I saw some information elsewhere that said the Steam version will first be purchase the game to play then eventually be F2P.

I doubt it will become free to play. It will be cheaper to buy the game now as opposed to buying it later. Articles around the internet say packs will be 40% cheaper for early access as opposed to waiting on official release.

If the game were to be free to play, it would run into the same pay to win problem all other EoS servers have.

By staying buy to play, i sincerely hope they come through with their "goal" of making the game play to win.

There is no official EOS steam discord, so i made an unofficial one for everyone. Not many people atm, but you're welcome to join.

thanks for the info. that makes sense. I played only for about four months from beta when it first came out and was just considering to check it out again and then saw how it was going to come to Steam as well. I hope maybe they will have some free trial time then. thanks for the invite. ^.^/
