Once you reach level 70, you can go to the NPC "Meddrick" in Ignea (near the Ignea Storehouse) and enter the Distorted Dimension which is a field for players above lv 70. You can select regions according to your level. It is also a PvP area where you can activate the Premeditation skill and attack other players.

I have entered the D Dimension. Leveling is slow... even if I do the 300kill quests. gear doesn't drop from those, unless you get lucky with a box drop and have the key to open the box/chest.
would it be possible to add equipment/weapons/accessories to the mob drops from the Dimension mobs? at least blue gear, perhaps?
what is the drop rate of gear from the soul solo dungeons? I have not seen any gear besides, separate parts, that you have to craft from dungeon 1 and 2.
do the soul dungeons drop the purple gear at all?
I tried to do arena, to get some gear... so far I haven't done any at all...
all my gear sucks... and my gems are below lv 10...
I can kill up to 10 or more mobs at a time on my lol sin at the D Dimension no problem...
however, there has to be a better way to get exp...
Soulkeeper's Challenge
- Used mainly to farm potions and daily activity quest.
- Drops 2 pieces of gear crafting materials (fragments) according to the stage.
- Clearing the dungeon 5 times will net your enough materials to craft a piece of blue gear with Soul Expert profession.
- Decent EXP if farm higher stages.
Dungeons
- One of your main sources of getting equipment easily to increase your attack power
- Bosses will drop one piece of blue gear per dungeon.
- You will want to smart match for the dungeon that fits your AP tier.
- New tiers of dungeons at 50k / 109k / 149k / 189 / 230k Attack Power.
- AP Requirement listed are minimum.
- If you don't get a good roll on the equipment, dismantle it using Item Extraction for a chance to obtain fragments to craft gear again.
- Best source of EXP.
Random Dungeons
- Requires 109k Attack Power.
- Daily Activity quest for rewards require Lv.72.
- Similar to Dungeons above but you won't be able to decide which dungeon you will enter.
- You will obtain an Adventurer's Token for every dungeon you clear.
- Clearing dungeon 4 times per day will reward you with a Heroic Equipment Box which will give you an item for a tier higher than your current attack power.
- Recommended to do 4 times daily for the Heroic reward.
Raids
- 10-man party content
- Will require you to look for groups to raid with.
- Requires you to learn mechanics of the bosses to not wipe the raid.
- Dryad [Norma] - 87k AP
- Dryad [ Hero] - 126k AP
- Kranheim Zone 1 - 166k AP
- Krainheim Zone 2 - 206k AP
- Frostcore Ruins - 246k AP
- AP Requirement listed are minimum.
- Best source of higher tier equipment.
- Limited Entries per week.
Battlefield/Arena
- Queue-based PvP
- Best source for accessories.
- Arena queues are usually quite active
- Arena boxes have lower chance to contain accessories.
- Battlefield queues are scarce, usually active early in the day or after valhalla.
Warped Zone / Dimension
- As mentioned by Demidec.
- Only source of dimensional chests which requires a regular key or superior key to open
- Open PvP zone
- Best to just do dailies & repeatables once per day.
- Don't worry about the complete 2x and 4x quests at earlier levels.
- Don't do the 300 kill quests if you don't PvP in the zone. Gives no rewards. Only removes 2 bloodstain stacks.
- Not a good source of EXP.
- Very good source to gain Chaos Souls.
Other stuff to do
- Doomspire
- Valhalla
- Spiros
- Territory War
I may have missed some stuff but this should give you a general idea of how to progress.
that is very helpful
The original game used to be very solo friendly.
so no solo dungeons ; ;
any way to get Soulkeeper's Challenge dungeons to drop gear instead of fragments?
or do party dungeon via solo and have the dungeon scale the difficulty according to the number of players?
low population and you have to wait for other people to que for dungeons?
i was in one yesterday. finally got my first dungeon via smart matching... everyone rushed through the dungeon... all were from the same guild... 127 lv purple gear... with +15 gems....
good thing, I already knew how to do the spider queen dungeon from playing the original game.... many years ago.
but, yeah made fun of my gear and just rushed ahead... and i only got lv 103 useless gear drop from the boss....
I suggest to make get to 72 asap by doing your daily activities or grinding through dungeons. (Make sure you have rest bonus active, that's 100% bonus EXP!)
Once you hit 72, the next daily reset will give you the randoms dungeon daily activity which will reward you with 8 pieces of gear that matches your attack power for completing 4 random dungeons.
Randoms queue totally negates the advantages of equipment and gems, plays all receive balanced stats inside these dungeons.
This is usually meant for players with higher Attack Power to help those with lower AP to gear up.
The party usually consists of 1 person smartmatching (usually the lowbie) and 4 people doing random dungeons (balanced stats to the dungeon).
I would suggest queuing for the highest tier dungeon you can enter.
If you're new to the dungeon, I recommend that you inform the other members that you are new to the dungeon.
This game is pretty heavy on group play so I would suggest joining a guild, interact and find a group of friends to constantly run with.
Thanks for being so helpful, Alte!
