Spoiler 2: Trucks' fate is never explicitly detailed. If I recall correctly, does he go off on his own before or after the SADM is used? If before, his fate is pretty clear (he's radioactive debris). If after, well, it probably doesn't end well for him.
As much as I would love to see this game get some more content or even a sequel, I doubt that's happening. It looks like the developers are done with this title and aren't planning to release anything new for it, not even modding tools.
After the guys get back and are decontaminating, one of them mentions he keeps seeing a guy he thinks is Trucks, but it's not him
My theory: Trucks (our Trucks, the psycho Vietnam vet with a Death Wish) went AWOL and stayed on parallel earth, because fighting is all he knows. Fighting against the parallel Americans or helping them against the ISROs, we can only guess. Maybe he found his alternate version and decided to give him a chance at life on safe Earth... but this would seem out of character for him, considering he believes might makes right
