Issues with keyboard how to create formations

Hi,
I've got a french keyboard and I just can't create formations, ctrl + # would not work
I'm constantly switching windows keyboard configurations between French keyboard to US keyboard, it still doesn't work, it should work in US keyboard...
I've tried all the key combinations I could...
any help appreciated...

Hello, unfortunately I see the same problem on Win10 as well. Are others seeing it too? Is there anyone who knows how to fix it?

If you have non-english keyboard, it causes the problem and even switching to english doesn't help. You need to set "default input language" to english, then it'll work.
