Does anybody still play this multiplayer?

Is there anybody who still plays this games multiplayer? Any servers at all or is it just totallly and completely dead.

I'd love to play this game but sadly the GWFL shutdown has completely turned this game into a useless waste of cash on Steam's store.

Does the GWFL shutdown mean that no games are hosted anymore? If so then to bad because me and a couple friends just got it and really like it but haven't really been able to find any online matches.

I haven't played the game much after finding out it's main source of content is broken. So I can't really say. You can try to set up a LAN match I know that still works-- that is if your friends are in the same local area.

It is my understanding once GFWL went down, MP is no longer possible.

You did not reply, showing you were not planning on giving me a reasonable direct answer within 30 minutes. I will not be picked at by some fool running around thinking they're some sort of forum cop. By all means, show me a badge, because the last thing I want to do is spend all night dealing with dumbasses over the internet.

If it was not shutdown, then why is B.O.S, BF2, Section 8, etc all disconnected? it's definitely not lack of players because they were fairly populated before the news of the shutdown.

I have gathered all the reasonable amount information to write the review. While 90% of my review's information came from shadey sights and Steam- I cannot give exact knowledge without knowing what happened to begin with. This game is incredibly minor making it hard to look for honest to god knowledge of the game.

It is my review, you can give feedback and you can comment. But don't think you can come in busting down doors like some "badass" telling me what I am and am not wrong about. Otherwise you are being as ignorant as my poor information gathering on this very poor game.

Did you even bother to read the rest of the review? (probably not...) I clearly stated that there is a message that says I cannot access GWFL and it isn't responding. I have a profile, I have the game both on Steam and Windows Live, but it refuses to save any information.

If that isn't dead then my Grand father isn't buried...

2024: GFWL was discontinued in 2013 and formally, and totally shut down in 2014. Happy 10 year anniversary to the end of GFWL lol

@erikhunt1 pls don't post things you don't know. GFWL still functions well with all achievements and other stuff except it lacks the accuracy like earlier days. See the guide section for more info.
