Cooper's Revenge error

Hi there folks...
I'm having a problem with Desperados 2: Cooper's revenge, all my characters are black shady icons and ehm... it's ruining the game experience just a tiny little bit... No really the game is nearly unplayable D:... Any suggestions on how to solve this bug?

Same bug here, I tried the different graphic options of windows and in game, no change at all.

I tried 256 colors.... but ehm that fck'ed my computer badly and forced an instant restart... Still if anyone recieves this emergency message, please respond on this frequency

IM having the same problem, Is there any fix to it? Have you tryed Reinstalling the game?

I tried reinstalling it already by uninstalling and re-downloading it, nothing changed.

you are clearly playing with a full hd tv or monitor you need older monitor in order to play this game not HD you will need monitor like mine i have 1680x1050 this game doesnt run on HD monitor if this doesnt help i cant really help you

So if i find one of those old box screens, I'll be able to play it? Or is there another way to simply turn off HD on my laptop?

Clearly not, I am on an old 2000 desktop PC from HP it does the bug too and I can swear my old '99 ATI video card and 2001 monitor are original, on my 2012 laptop the bug is the same.

I got it to work, its was becuase i had nvidia game card, i had to change the setting in it.

Go to the Nvidia control panel. Go to adjust image settings with preview. Scroll down and select use my prefecence emphizing. Click apply. NEXT go to manage 3D settings, and change the "preferred graphics processor" to high preformance... apply this. then load up your game!

Welcome to the Club, apparently there's no solution for those who haven't got an Nvidia GC...
