View cone not working
When I try to use the view cone icon on an enemy it doesn't work. I can still click on a point and see how many enemies can see it but it's not the same. Am I the only one?

I had the same problem. This helped me: There are two graphics cards in my notebook: integrated Intel HD and Nvidia. I changed in the NVIDIA Control Panel preferred graphics processor for Desperados 2. It was originally set to automatic selection (in the cese of Desperados 2 - integrated card) and I changed it to Nvidia. It works perfect now.

That solved the problem, thank you very much.

I also have the same problem. I only have 1 graphics card. Any solution?

I also had the same problem and tried installation on different PCs and laptop – without success. I struggled a lot.
Finally, I was able to get it running WITH view cones on a laptop that has two graphic cards (as Zuzin already wrote):
1. From the device manager I saw that I have two graphic cards:
- AMD Radeon ™ R5 M430
- Intel® HD Graphics 520
2. I checked in BIOS in the “Configuration” that I have “Graphic Device” set to “Switchable Graphics” (you have to prevent that only the standard internal graphic card is used which is from Intel).
3. I opened the AMD Radeon settings (you have to look for your settings according to your second graphic card).
4. In the Menu for “Switchable Graphics” I searched for the “Desperados2.exe” and set this to “High Performance”
5. Now I can play the game with view cones. :-)
