Anyone have much success with Paladin's 'Sword of Justice"?
The one where you pick a target and wait until next turn to deliver that much more damage?
So far my targets have just stepped out harm's way, but even if they don't, is it worth it? Two full turns?

It does I think more than 2 turns of damage to a target but is difficult to use.

I only use it when a previous character has frozen/stunned/knocked over an enemy. They don't get a turn before the spell lands.

But otherwise the AI is smart enough to move.

You can also try to have high courage on her, delay her turn and use the skill.
Reminder, alcohol elf's cheers and elf's third level kiss give courage and/or move character to act first on the next turn.

For example:
Pump all stat to Str on paladin. Have her delay turn. Put buff on her (recommend either the elf or ranger). Move Paladin to safe distance (skill have range of 5). Drop the skill. And deus vult.

Interesting thing about ramdomia meter's first skill. You can still delay your turn as long as you have two action remanding. This can allow the paladin to fall back to the previous tactic, even if the target isn't stunt from her hammer of justice attack.

Note: Dungeon ale buff last 7 turns. With only -3 penalty to charisma.
Reminder: Know which enemy have crowd control skill, they will be your worst enemy.

You need to reserve your paladin to the end, then attack something that you know can't move before your turn. The ogre has a buff/slap that can move you up, and there are other buffs for courage. Or it is not a bad idea to add a few points to her, or add some gear to boost it. You can see the order of attack, make sure it is someone that is moving after you even if you don't have the buffs.

Yep, what instantcombustion and JC said. It does massive damage, and I love the skill. I don't always use it, but when I do, it kicks ass!
